  • I've been doing mine for around 15 straight days now and all I could say is that I'm seeing a progress in my arms. Hopefully as I go on, I could reach the desire result that I really want. 💪 Btw, I performed 2 reps per day.

  • Who the hell follows this useless advice? She is not spot reducing fat (which is impossible btw). She's doing useless exercises. She would literally burn more fat with a 20 mins walk. She lacks any fitness knowledge. She is not even toned. She is simply the kind of skinny that Asian girls are fixated on. How does she get all those views??? This is exactly what's wrong with the internet and social media in general… People falling for these charlatans that have a platform without having any knowledge whatsoever. If you watch these "fitness" Asian chicks because they turn you on, do yourself a favour and go to specialised websites… Plenty of them out there!

  • I have been this exercise since it was posted, lost an inch only. I noticed that it got easier after the 1st month, maybe its best to put some weights on the arms to burn more fat & build muscles 💪🏼

  • This alone will not make your arms beautiful. Lift weight do push up…do Russian twists and go for a walk or run…I am saying this because we are all in quarantine. Before I decided enough is enough on watching cooking YouTube channels is when my clothes started feeling really tight. I have started to cook my usual food and eating less, I go for a walk at least for an hour every day and I do this simple exercises. Just for info I am 50 yrs young woman, I weighed myself before I said enough of rolls on my stomach is enough and I was 20 pounds over my usual. In a month I have lost 8 pounds just by tweaking my diet and exercising as above. Let’s keep going friends…we got this 🏃🏾‍♀️

Maybe I ll help u, so I did this exercises nearly 2 months (not everyday, but 3-5 times a week) and combined them with Elliptical trainer workouts (30-40 min) I also used dumbbells (1 kg). My arms were ~31 cm, but now they are 29. I don’t really restrict my eating, just healthy food. (NOT calorie deficit) I think that’s kinda nice result, my arms and back became maybe not ideal, but more athletic and slim. ⚡️
